FAQ

Does Mr. Bogle read the email messages addressed to askjack@johncbogle.com ?
As you can imagine, Mr. Bogle gets lots of mail, email and phone calls. Depending on his schedule he may have time to dive into the emails or may be very busy and we will have to work to just get five AskJack questions answered. Regardless of his schedule, you should know he greatly appreciates everyone’s interest and is committed to keeping the site thought-provoking and interactive.

Are there ground rules for posting comments?
Lively discussion and vigorous debate are excellent; personal attacks and inappropriate language are not. We will keep an eye on the comments and inappropriate comments will be deleted. We strive to maintain a high level of discussion and to keep the site engaging for all involved.

Try to be concise and to the point with your comments. No one likes endless copies of previous comments and long posts rarely keep a reader’s interest. If you find a great related article or posting elsewhere on the Internet, post a link to it, but please don’t cut and paste the full text.

Why do I need to Register?
This is the easiest way for us to keep some control over the comments and hopefully prevent spamming. We will keep your email information strictly confidential.
